I’ve trained with Colin for over 3yrs. In that time, I've come to value the time I've carved out each week to accomplish our workouts. The workouts push me to improve in ways that I could not on my own. I'm a lifelong runner and have benefited from his balanced approach that includes cardio, strength, and stretching. The time always goes quickly and I look forward to the upcoming sessions and the new challenges he has in store for me.
